Don was an amazing sales person! We came in not expecting to purchase anything, but couldn’t believe the prices… so we left with 2 rangers! The kids loved running around looking at all of the big toys. The guy who took our money was also really nice. 10/10 would recommend purchasing something you don’t need from this place ;)

Buyer Beware!!!! I bought a 2024 Indian FTR x 100% Carbon R from them. The finance manager Stu was great. The problems started the bike had a bad ignition coil out the gate. So they offered to fix the bike and bring it to me. So I agreed to have the bike delivered on 1/3/2024. Upon inspection while the bike was being delivered I found the service department damaged the bike while fixing it, the bottom of the fuel tank was scratched severely, the fuel lines were routed incorrectly, the seat not installed correctly and was sitting on the fuel lines, the rear cowl not installed correctly and scratching the subfame . So I sent pictures of the damage and once the manager called me back I was then told practically to either fix it myself and take the bike how it is or they'll bring me the bike I traded in and take the bike back. So if your looking for a company that'll stand behind their products and cares about their customers this is NOT the place they will sell you a brand new bike, damage it and not not care to fix it in any way or work with you to get it fixed properly. So beware this is the quality of their repairs to a brand new bike. The pictures I've added are from when the bike was being unloaded at my house. At the time of signing the disclaimer the vehicle was not damaged. The damage was caused by negligence your service department and was not warranty related indian motorcycle company is not responsible for the damage, your service department is.

I looked at several different brands and models of side by sides' at several different dealers before choosing to buy at Flat Out. They had the widest array of brands and by far, the largest selection of any other dealer in the area. Ken was knowledgeable on each of the units I wanted to see and even set up a test drive in a field they own right next to the dealership. I ultimately chose the Can Am Defender HD10 Limited and I am thrilled with it. It will make plowing my very long driveway and the private lane we live on an easy job and keep me warm while doing it. It's also a beast in the woods. If you're looking for an off-road vehicle, don't buy one until you see the guys at Flat Out. Best buying experience I've ever had.

Every bit of the buying process was great. I had everything sorted out online before I even got there, the 2023 INDIAN FTR 1200 R CARBON I purchased, was ready to go. All I had to do was confirm some information, sign paper work, talk a bit more about the Motorcycle and rode it home 45 miles. It was great. Thank you Ken Bacon for a smooth process. Very attentive and elaborate about the Motorcycle. Even the finance guy, I can't seem to remember his name, easy process. I had a rate locked in before I even arrived, just had to finalize everything financially, get temp plates set up, etc. Overall 5/5 I love my new bike

Went in to look at YZ65s, none in stock and no know availability. I wish I coulda just drop money down and came and got it when they got it I , instead walked out with a TTR110. Quick and painless. Took an hour tops. Would recommend this dealer, usually have a good inventory. Lack of having or ability to acquire the bike I came for is the only reason I did not have a 5 star experience

We went looking for seadoo switch. We are from northern Indiana and no dealers had any models up here. The showroom was big and had all 3 models to look at. Salesmen were not pushy asked if we had any questions and let us look and just call him if we needed anything. He (Dave) told us what was available and we chose one . Dave pointed out different features and asked if we wanted any upgrades or safety items . We did choose a few. He told us to go online and fill out credit app because it takes a while. The following week everything was ready and we had to sign some paperwork for financing and we were in out in no time. Dave showed us around our boat and pointed out stuff … how to put different features to use . He made sure we had right electrical connector which we didn’t so we bought an adapter. Pulled the truck around he hooked us up and checked the trailer lights and we were good to go. All in all great experience.. better than buying a car.
